It's ok but you haven't responded to my requests to fix my air conditioner

The building has been gutted in 2023, so all apartments are completely renovated and offer a good value in a good location. There are essentially no amenities.

I moved in about a month and a half ago. So far i an extremely happy! The building is very well kept, clean, and quiet. Maintenance is fast to respond. The location is wonderful and I'm so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

Love my recently rehabbed unit! It's spacious, reasonably priced and modern. Property management and maintenance staff have been responsive to issues. Two items on my wishlist: use of trash chutes that were previously installed in the building and securing the parking lot.
