Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Kangals, Kuchi, Mastiffs (of any type), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rhodesin Ridgebacks, Rottweilers, Shepards (of any type), Shiba Inus, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire, Wolf-hybrids, or mixed breeds that contain any of the above breeds.Cats allowed. I am having a really hard time getting in touch with my building manager who hasn't responded to my emails. There are a few issues I reported over a month ago that still haven't been addressed. I feel very frustrated that I can't get in touch via email, as I'm unable to talk on the phone during the day due to my work schedule. The building itself is nice as well as the other residents.

Location is good and in walking distance to brown line. Street parking is decent, but cars have been recently broken into. Dishwasher and modern finishes are nice.

The Lincoln Commons building is well maintained. My requests to maintenance are completed quickly and professionally, The snow removal has always been taken care of promptly. My only complaint in the building is the laundry. Only one of the washing machines(first one on the right) has hot water. That's a problem that needs to be addressed. I think the office is not professionally staffed or maintained.
