I have lived here for 3 years, there was a lot I liked, noise an issue at times, but big issues involving window seals have not been resolved after multiple requests starting within the first few months of living here

When are you going to fix my apartment?????

Well they were very responsive until I signed the lease. I have made several maintenance requests for the past 2 months, one response due to it being an issue with the heat. I had to wait 3 months for my mailbox key, floorboards are missing, huge holes in the floor and I have cats, the appliances don’t work properly and they significantly overcharge for everything. I’m super disappointed that I must pay rent but I don’t have a working refrigerator nor washer dryer. I’m charged 31.00 for trash and I’m one person who lives in studio. I hate this place and would NEVER suggest anyone live here or at any shivery properties.

Great Place but No Parking

Pretty calm neighborhood for the most part. Apartment is very modern and renovated with a few minor things that need work. You can expect to drive around for at least half an hour to find a parking spot if you’re coming home after 6 o’clock. And don’t even bother trying to park on one of the permit parking streets, because apparently CPD has nothing better to do than to give out parking tickets at 3 AM

Overall very live-able

Not that bad of a place, a couple problems here and there but they always work to a resolution. Parking is completely awful, would prefer permit parking.

Horrible Parking Availability, Decent Apartment

The apartment itself is good, it's just the parking makes it annoying to live in the Albany Park neighborhood. I wish the windows were double-pane though. My room is always cold, even with the heat on and whenever the neighbors have parties or just talking regularly, I hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING.

Pets are limited by breed. There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment. In general, only common, domestic, non-aggressive animals will be accepted.   No exotic pets (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted.  Birds, if permitted, must be caged at all times.  Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported.  Dogs, if permitted:  at a minimum, residents will not be allowed to have a dog that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Malamute, Bull Terrier, wolf-dog hybrid, Chow-Chow and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross  breed of or related to any of these breeds.  We may also restrict any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion.  Other animals may be excluded.  We may require the removal of any pet that shows aggressive behavior.  Pet rules apply to all pets at the Community, including those pets that are visiting or are temporary.
