Pretty Alright

Of all the Rental Companies in Chicago, this is one of them. The apartment is pretty great, utilities are included in rent, common ways are frequently cleaned. The few times I've needed to reach out to Maintenance have been fine experiences. Communication is really spotty, they'll show up to fix something but never update me on any work done or things found out, or sometimes not announce they're coming and let themselves in. In all, the best apartment at this price that I've had in Chicago, decent management company.

I lived here for 16 months now. I loved its quite & peaceful Awesome neighborhood It is accessible for any transportation easy to commute everyday Near in groceries shopping Few steps away to church

Good Enough

The rental is good enough. I've been let down by maintenance/management 3 times in 6 months with things about the apartment that have all been met with a "That's at your own risk" kind of response.
