Difficulty Getting any Maintenance Tickets Fulfilled

We have tried getting certain things in our apartment fixed for years now. Last year we put in 3 more tickets and the property manager deleted all of them at the end of the year to "clean up" the queue. I don't know if this was to make themselves look good or what, can't think of any reason to take outstanding tickets and throw them in the trash. Other tenants have complained to me that the same thing happens to them. I will be resubmitting the tickets today, hopefully for the last time.
