Amazing place

The building is really well maintained, everything looks new, neat, the decoration is cozy. It's very convenient to count on a new gym in the building (coming soon). The manager is very kind and responsive, as well as the administrative staff. The only problem is the noise (late night trash pickup), but it's at the next-door building.

Just Moved In

Studio's are very small but great value. Not many amenities but very shortly there will be exercise equipment, remodeled storage lockers and remodeled laundry room. The building supervisor who is on premises is amazing and will do anything to help you out if needed. My biggest complaint dealt with moving in. A number of fees are needed before you can move in. The fees are not the problem but the repeated emails telling you to pay them when you arleady have paid them is confusing. Their systems should tell them when you've paid them and then stop the auto-generated emails. And if you have a car, have fun finding parking. It's not the properties fault at all, just a very congested area.

You Won't Find a Better Deal

Been a resident in one of the 1BD/1BR units for almost a year now. It's been great! PROS: - Proximity to the lake is great. The building is pretty much on the last block before you cross under LSD. - Nermin is a great building supe. He's quick with maintenance requests, he's easy to get a hold of, and you'll always see him around the building working on something! - Love how close the building is to CTA. Aside from the Red Line, the building is close to the beginning of a few bus lines, so it's easy to get a seat at these stops! CONS: - Building is also close to a hospital. It's great to be near a hospital for healthcare, but you're going to get a lot of noise from it. - Building is also pretty much right on Irving Park. Traffic noise can get through the walls. - Small con... but for some reason, the wind is multiplied exponentially near this building. I know it's Chicago and it's windy everywhere, but if you walk by this building, you'll feel it. Overall, this place is a gem. Being so close to the lake and so close to CTA makes this an absolute steal for me.

Great Place to Live

The building is very conviently located to the red line and a number of bus routes that make it very easy to commute to work, especially downtown. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. The building super is excellent, he keeps the common areas very clean and taken care of and is incredibly helpful when it comes to ansering questions. Like many apartments, there can be some issue of noise, both from the other tenants as well as people on Irving Park.
