I was surprised to learn that Avondale, close to a busy up neighborhood Logan Square, is pretty quiet and spacious. There is lots of grass throughout the neighborhood, so it's perfect for dog owners and people who like to get out for walks. Overall, it feels like a hidden gem for the price I'm paying and the few amenities I do have at my apartment.

So far, so good! I've been able to easily schedule maintenance needed and the neighborhood is quiet at night. I love how grassy the area is since I have a dog. My apartment is in great condition.

The Building is clean, well kept and safe. The apartment itself is nice and the neighbors are all respectful for each other. Parking is a huge issue, I have a daughter who I have to walk almost from the school to my apartment in cold winter situations sometimes even in the pouring rain to the building. Even with permit parking, the spots are taken up and for the amount of rent im paying, a reserved parking spot would help tremendously. Staff gets 2 star rating because half my emails I have sent don’t get any attention until I email them a second time. the cost for the apartment is also a bit high seeing as a lot of places I have recently seen have seen offer all these amenities im receiving for hundred left.
