This is a great place to live in Avondale. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants, the train station, and easy to walk places. The neighborhood is safe and fun!

Property manager is unhelpful and a jerk. Updated apartments with decent appliances/utilities. Alley neighbors are loud. Parking is a pain after 5pm.

We moved in right when the building first opened after the refab three years ago, and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The apartments are lovely, there's TO S off closet space in addition to a storage locker and bike storage. Neighbors are friendly both in the building are in the neighborhood.

Jacking up the rent and slow to respond to crises within the building. Apartment is gorgeous and ideally located, but the corporate side could be so much better.
