Property manager is unhelpful and a jerk. Updated apartments with decent appliances/utilities. Alley neighbors are loud. Parking is a pain after 5pm.

Great deal for the neighborhood!

We moved in right when the building first opened after the refab three years ago, and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The apartments are lovely, there's TO S off closet space in addition to a storage locker and bike storage. Neighbors are friendly both in the building are in the neighborhood.
