For the price it's an okay building, but don't expect it to be very clean when you move in. It tends to be pretty hot in the summer and the power goes off at least once a month. Having said that, the location is pretty amazing and these days it's hard to find something this good for the price.

Living here has been great. By far, the most amazing thing it is Mario, the maintenance manager. He's incredibly helpful and reliable. The location is pretty ideal as well and I have everything that I need.

It's a fine place, a little old so the floors and doors are squeaky, but no other noise really travels between apartments. The location is the best thing about the place.
