Quiet building, easy street parking with a lot for those that wish to pay. 3 washerman 3 dryers in building. Units come with a/c and dishwashers. Walls are a little thin but not super noticeable.

Lived here since the end of 2019 and it has been pretty go for the most part! The ceilings are very thin and you can HEAR EVERYTHING. People tend to be nice but there are some inconsiderate neighbors in the building. People like to smoke in their units and creates problems for others. I wish the common areas were cleaner than they are now. With the units that are not updates, there are a lot of issues

Overall nice building can get noisy with the thin walls but 2600 w logan Blvd has a prime spot on the Blvd. Parking is really convenient and easy no permits required. The space for the price is really affordable

I've lived here for 3 months and so far, I'm loving the apartment. It's very quiet and my landlords have been great in their punctuality when I have needed assistance. Maintenance does a great job at keeping common areas clean. I also feel very safe living here.
