We knew we were going to be dealing with spotty parking and noise living right on top of Lincoln Square, but beware the alley provides much more chaos than you'd expect. Other then that, a great layout, wonderfully maintained, central heat/ac and in-unit washer dryer! We love it here! Only real concern is the maintenance team doesn't always seem to comprehend what is urgent or even being requested, All in all, we'd re-sign the lease every time though.

I've been living here for a couple months but I love it already! Parking is great and free, area is quiet, windows are of great quality and mute whatever sound comes through. Maintenance responds to any concerns right away which is very rare! Highly recommend!
