When we first moved in the place was decentally clean however there was a really strong animal urine smell that is still there. Matenence here has veen good but there are some things in our apartment that we can tell had some attempts to be fixed or drilled into that fall apart. The overall value is fine. Our bathroom is olr and i can tell was not taken care of. We like that you can own pete here and the neighbors has been pretty quiet. I wish that the laundry room had better washer and dryers as they break a lot and are not always cleaned or very big. Over all i would give living here 3 stars out of 5

The apartments are small with virtually no storage (One small closet thats so narrow that clothes hangers dont fit). There are no amenities except a laundry room which requires an app to pay but has no cell phone service so it would take upward of 30 minutes to start 2-3 loads of laundry (not to mention the several weeks all dryers were not operational). I fell down a flight of stairs after a storm due to the back wooden stairs not having proper grips on them. My new bike was stolen FROM THE BIKE ROOM, despite being chained up properly. The only saving graces of this apartment are the location, the price, and the people at the rental conpany who were always helpful when i would call. I lived there for two years and I was happy to leave it.
