We have been living here for almost 2 years in Laramar apartment in Argyle and Glenwood street. The area is accessible to my work and the unit is affordable. Recommended to other colleagues.

Cozy Community, Weird Address

This apartment complex is great for the price point. The community is great here, neighbors are all very kind and friendly and the surrounding neighborhood is perfect! Great location, close to shops and awesome restaurants in Andersonville. The address has been a constant issue for me. My address has a 1/2 in the address and that has caused nothing but problems for mail, food and other deliveries. Of course, this is not the landlord's fault, but it is something to be aware of if thinking of moving here. The landlord staff are nice, for the most part. They are not the most responsive people, but overall they make the move in process seamless. The maintenance staff if exceptional! They respond very

Great Location, Price and Management

I have lived here for 5 months now and am very happy with my decision. Unless they significantly raise my rent, I plan on staying here another year or two! The staff if very friendly, the maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. The location is great, in Uptown and right on the boarder of Andersonville! Lots of shopping and restaurants!
