Massive pain to get anything done. In just a couple months here, the washing machine and the A/C both broke. The A/C actually broke twice. Getting these fixed was unnecessarily bothersome. It's not enough to submit a maintenance request--you also have to pester the landlord to actually do anything to contact the maintenance team. I'd submit a request and hear nothing for 5+ days and then contact the landlord and suddenly I'd have guys coming the next day. I don't even understand why the maintenance request portal exists. This would be fine enough, but the maintenance scheduling is still all over the place. The first time I was getting the A/C fixed, I think they delayed their scheduled arrival window three separate times. Complete lack of concern for others' time.

The location is really good, it's close to lake, railway station. A bunch of shops around. Very quiet area and green. Definitely a good place for living. Property is well maintained , hallways are clean.

Unfortunately, no parking spots, however the street parking is allowed (with the special yearly permit). Wilson CTA station is within 3-5 minutes (Red Line). Around 30 minutes to the downtown and about 15-20 minutes by foot to the Monrose and Foster Beaches. No security deposit, $500 move in fee, $500 move-out fee. Pets are allowed with a $350 annual fee. Walking distance to the blue line, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and grocery stores.
