Very Clean. Well maintained. Except air conditioning not timely fixed. had to wait for water sink problem for 1 month, because manager said maintenance was on vacation. Otherwise quiet nice place.

Building Manager/owner is cheapscate. If there are any issues for instance plumbing problems on Sunday, they will not fix until Monday.
