We moved in Dec 16 first time using washing machine it danced all over with very loud noice, dryer takes 3 time run to dry small load -Kyle manintanace man checked them Dec 23 there abouts said they were going to replace both W/D. have not heard from him as of today Jan 26 2026. we sent text to Avery last one we heard from is Nick , we talked about issue to new mgr Virginia over a week ago. have not heard from anyone as to when applinance will be replaced The apartment above us the washing machine makes the same very Loud noice . ? on why these appliance were not taken care of before apartment was rented to us. we like our apartment are comfortable - just need the washing machine and dryer to work ... please let us know when these will be replaced hopefully real soon thank you

All around fantastic apartment with the best staff I've had the pleasure of having as my landlords. However the neighbors around the complex are very noisy, tons of cars using these suburban streets for racing and showing off their annoyingly loud cars.

I've lived here 2 1/2 years and love it. Great location, nice neighborhood, and they maintain the grounds very well, especially in the winter. Mostly quiet neighbors. I really enjoy living here!
