Ideal location, quiet neighborhood, McCathern is a superior management company, add to that our lovely sharp responsive community manager Taylor, who is a delight and very kind . Our maintenance man Ron is excellent beloved around here, thoughtful, speedy, he is on it! Exemplary customer service we are very blessed with this team, Taylor, Ron and the McCathern management style. Quiet meticulous apartments, private entry ,3including the garage. An electric fireplace the cat loves. Woods behind with a little walking trail the dog loves. Dog friendly. Congenial good neighbors. Rustic lodge hits it out of the park. Thank you McCathern Team. Top notch.

I have lived in the apartment for almost 6 months and still have unresolved maintenance issues. I have submitted numerous requests and eventually recieved a passive agressive responce from management. The issue was never resolved but it just wasn’t worth dealing with management again after their response. The apartment is fine and neighbors are all nice, just don’t expect maintenance to care or fix issues.
