Very mid
Took months to get maintnce in to fix anything in our unit, broken glass outide and trash and kids toys everywhere. Got gang tagged a couple months ago. And my tiers slashed previously to that but am unsure if it was supposed to be personal or some drink just walking thu. Constantly drunks walking over from the bar and getting in their cars that the park over here. Only thing i like is the set up on the apartments but even then the kitchens and small and enclosed

Great location. Great price for space of apartment
So far so good. Price is reasonable for space of apartment, nice place, love that the rooms are upstairs. Living room is spacious. Kitchen is nice

Old but Dependable
Curtis Meadows is an aged property, but it is a good location and price for my current life circumstances. To be very frank, previous tenants straight up did make meth, but they were caught and don't actively live here anymore.
