I enjoy living here at Civic Plaza. The entire staff is professional and courteous, the location is great for me it’s close to downtown which is a great place to hang out and I believe for the location the rent is reasonable.

Nice Home

I have lived here going on 11 years now. I love the location and all the staff. I have seen some good improvements over the years the best for me was the installation of the cctv It adds an extra level of safety.

Just right

Civic Plaza is a fine place to be for folks with limited means. Location can't be beat. Staff are friendly, and maintenance, when needed, is prompt and efficient (This is not a new property, so there are tradeoffs.)

Value Issues Improvement

Civic Plaza is tremendous value. The complex has had a number of issues, but has shown significant recent improvement. Good location and parking. Difficult operational issues for tenants. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. This increases my difficulty.
