Cheap management company puts nothing back into the propert

This place is in horrible condition. The property has increased in value exponentially since Steadfast purchased Civic Plaza but the put nothing into the much needed improvements to the property The hallway carpeting on all floors in all buildings is absolutely DISGUSTING. It is worn down to threads with stains everywhere and it stinks of garbage and mold. It has needed replacing for several years. Amenities are virtually non-existent. Many of the apartments, including mine, have carpeting in them that is over a decade old and it's worn and permanently stained. The appliances in many of the units are as cheap as humanly possible. I have an oven with no clock, timer, oven window or even a light inside the oven. I've burnt myself taking hit items out of the oven because it is too dark inside to see the items you are removing. My clothes dryer takes over 2 hours to dry a small load of laundry. The air-conditioning units in my apartment aren't powerful enough to cool down the living room and kitchen area. The air coming out is cool enough, but the fan isn't powerful enough to blow the cool air beyond 3 feet from the unit. This means the kitchen never really cools off when it's hot outside or if you're cooking. To make matters worse there are no windows that open to at least allow fresh air.
