300 Utility Bill

The last two month the central AC in our unit has been set to 74 degrees and our power bill is up to over 300 a month. The power company show that our power usage has quadrupled in the past two month. The management said they would have there vendor come out and it has been a month and I have asked multiple times. 1200 a month and I can't get my AC fixed or replaced I just have to budget an extra 350 a month to keep the apartment above room temperature with stale air. It makes the apartment barely livable in the summer.
