Max weight 60 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. Cats and Dogs Allowed. Additional fees for two pets. City Ordinances. A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $20.00 per pet. Comments: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on the property. No puppies or kittens fewer than six (6) months old are allowed. No pets over fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. All pets must have a pet deposit of $250.00 plus pay a non-refundable $50.00 pet fee for one (1) pet and a pet deposit of $50.00 plus a $25.00 non-refundable pet fee for two (2) pets, which is to be paid before bringing an animal onto any portion of the premises. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.

Good help and resources and it was a lot of easy access

The one office lady always has an attidute with me. There are multipul things in my apartment that dont work well because the building is very old. The one maintenance guy chris is also very rude and aggressive whenever i see him. On a positive note the other maintenance guy chuck is so nice and always fixes what is needed. The amenities are nice like the free coffee station and the bingo days are always fun. Its a nice place to live for a short time but not a long time.

I love everything about my new apartment, the kitchen, balcony bathrooms. Everything easy to use and attractive. So glad I moved here. I have a small dog (miniature dachshund and she's enjoying all the new smells and new people to meet.
