The place is cost efficient. Some of the amenities are a bit dated but function. Have had to call maintenance out a fee times to fix some issues and maintenance has always been punctual and available. Overall good place for the price. Neighbors can get a bit noisy but nothing disturbing.

Been living here for over 3 years. It's a great place to live if you have kids and don't want them in the house, not so great for the rest of us. Amenities look amazing on paper, but don't expect anyone here to respect the "rules." The pool may as well be a public pool, same goes for the dog park. Good if you have a lot of friends and want to invite them over as no one will check that they live here, again not so great for the rest of us that pay for these amenities. Security is around, but they won't bother checking. Unsupervised kids, excessive guests, loud parties, and a majority of disrespectful residents have caused this community to be become less and and less desirable each year. Certainly not worth the current price which by the way is now 50% more than I started paying.

Kalaeloa Rental Homes is located in a very nice and convenient location. Close to everything needed yet still far away from all the busyness of Hawaii. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Everyone is very family oriented and helps foster a positive living environment. The Staff is great! Very helpful and willing to assist. Maintenance team is friendly and they never take long. Area is always kept clean and the amenities are great! Everything comes together to create a very family oriented neighborhood. THANK YOU !
