Enjoyable living experience

Solid all around, just a few small complaints like how the water sprinkler sprays my car when it waters the grass over night. Not a big deal but it leaves and has caused really bad water spots. Other than that, friendly and very helpful staff, always clean and taken care!

The Element’s pro/cons

The Element is a wonderful place to live. The staff are very inconsistent. They are nice one day, then grouchy and rude another. The pool is not kept as clean as it should be but all the other amenities are worth it!
