I have lived here approximately 8 years. The apartments and grounds are always well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If I have ever had an issue the maintenance team is fast and efficient in addressing my problem. They sponsor many events and social gatherings to always try to keep engaged with the tenants. My Private Retreat

We enjoy living in a village community close to shops and all the conveniences. We found just that at The Pointe. The drive home is enjoyable each day through the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets and into the gated community. Our apartment is nessled in a quiet serene area that affords convenient parking and easy access to the apartment. Definitely a well lit, safe, and friendly environment where you can walk and/or walk your dog. I like that The Pointe provides excellent maintenance quickly and with care. I love all the conveniences here. From valet trash pick up to managing my shopping deliveries arrive safely. Plus, I learned there’s no excuses not to exercise with the well appointed Workout Room!

Tennis courts, pool & bathroom

One of the main reasons I moved in to The Pointe at Suwanee is because of the tennis courts. Well the courts are in such bad shape, they are unusable! Also, there aren't bathrooms available when you're at the pool or tennis courts, after the leasing office is closed. That is disgusting and should be against the law. Do you expect people to just urinate in the swimming pool? I would like a response to both these issues. Thank you!
