Can do better

Over time this place is falling apart. Not satisfied with it. Kind of a catch 22. Renewing my lease and the same apartment with the same layout is cheaper by 150.00. Instead of giving us the new dropped price they are renewing our lease under the old price. I don't understand that. But if I move out have to pay $500.00 transfer fee and 100.00 security deposit. $500.00 is non refundable. This is our 3rd lease agreement currently. Never been late never had issues or caused a problem all I wanted was the reduced rate.

Overall Good

It's good overall. Staff not the most efficient when it comes to leasing your new unit. Things get fixed quickly when requested, but not that well maintained outside.

Dont regret my decision moving here at alll! Wuiet community, everyone ive come across have been friendly, amenities are great, and the apartment has a luxurious feel to it. Only complaint is that key access on some dooes seem to malfunction every couple months and yiu have to use different doors to get inside. It hasn’t happened in a while and hopefully it stays that way lol. But good experience so far
