On time maintenance

The new management company for Mountain Oaks Apts is doing a spectacular job of making sure that any and all concerns are delt with in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is fantastic . I have been at this location for 8 years and had over 12 management teams, only two other have have trended toward my standard of excellence. Keep up the good job.
