Timely maintenance is whats needed. Sometimes at night the noise can be unbearable.

Needs improvement, but has a lot of potential

We need more support! Especially when it comes to maintenance.. I been coming out of pockets since day one to take care of my maintenance issue. I really need support. I do have lovely neighbors. This can be an A1 property if we can get a timely response. However, im willing to work with anyone to take care my water piping issues before a flood happens.
