Rehab, Refresh & Revised!
my experience living here is overall superb! if issues have/had occurred present and/or in the past, it has been taken care of, immediately or at the most within 3 days. the staff is great and the overall, changes to the exterior (play area, pickle ball, track area, grill/pool area, paint update, and trash pick-up) are refreshing. the older buildings have been refreshed and rehabbed with new appliances, paint, etc. The grass is kept nice and pressure washing of the exterior building can be done more often. also, the children need to play in the play area and not in the hallways, but that's a different story. complaints and concerns are met, expeditiously! this is an overall great complex & community! I love it here!

Living at Ascend Stone Mountain
I have been living here for the past nine years and in the ladt year with the new management team i am very appreciative of what they have done so far . It is a very comfortable and descent place to call home
