Place going down

This place use to be nice retention pond closing in, debris notably on sides all the way around complex. Beeezeway nasty, grass growing on the roof tops.

Need improvement

When I first moved in 3 years ago the property was clean it was available office staff trash was not all over property the stairs was clean not sticky with food or candy children didn’t run up and down stairs yelling and inappropriate language from loud offensive music and behind my building it’s trash plus the no lights at night
