Nice place to live, but when you renew lease, it is grossly overpriced every year, compared to current priced and no upgrades.

love my apartment mostly. office staff doesn't pick up phones, won't return calls. don't know what manager does. maintenance is very short staffed. can't figure out how they figure the water usage. melanie seems to do all the work.

I have only been here about 2 months, but I grew up in the Savannah area and very familiar with Wilmington Island area. Love Kelly! She is great to work with. It is really quiet here- day and night. Peaceful. Neighbors are so friendly. Maintenance was also amazing to fix just a few glitches in a quick and timely manner. Realistically, I was looking at only renting here for a year, but I really like it here and will most likely stay longer.
