I have only been here about 2 months, but I grew up in the Savannah area and very familiar with Wilmington Island area. Love Kelly! She is great to work with. It is really quiet here- day and night. Peaceful. Neighbors are so friendly. Maintenance was also amazing to fix just a few glitches in a quick and timely manner. Realistically, I was looking at only renting here for a year, but I really like it here and will most likely stay longer.

Miss Kelly was awesome. A super courteous showed me everything I needed to see explained everything thoroughly and when there was a small hiccup and documentation fixed it in an instant and everything is smooth sailing.
