It's Home

I have been living here for nearly a year. I feel safe in this environment, the neighbors are friendly and quiet and the complex is beautiful! My family and friends that come to visit are always impressed, which make me proud to be here. The maintenance staff since I have been here have been A+! Any issues or requests have been met without wait or hesitation. The grounds are always maintained and pristine. The rent is fairly pricey, but as long as the rent does not continue to rise unfairly, I will be here for years to come. The only downfall at this point is that the MAA will not grant ESAs even with proper paperwork without an unaverage process. The dog park has just been updated, however people rarely pickup after their dogs, so it makes it unusable for those of us that are more "active" inside it's gates (throw balls, play WITH our dog), however this is a community inconsideration. I love the complex's self serve doggie SPA which comes with every convenience! With that said, my overall experience is very positive!

So far its been great!

Ive lived here for a little over 5 months. All requests for maintenance have been met in a timely manner and without stress. The community is kept in beautiful shape. The front office is friendly and accommodating. My building is quiet. its a quiet community.

Great Place to Live

This complex is very nice, family friendly and houses many amenities such as a gym, pool, pet salon, dog park and ample parking. I enjoyed my time here!
