It is quiet and safe. The staff are friendly as well as our neighbors. Love the layout and the property. Only downfall is this unit needs to be updated.

I have absolutely loved everything about this place since the day I moved in. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond. Everyone is not only incredibly friendly, but also genuinely helpful in every way. Communication is always clear and timely, and the maintenance team deserves special praise for how fast and efficiently they handle any request. They are consistently on top of things, which makes daily life here feel effortless. The community itself is peaceful, well kept, and truly beautiful. It feels like a little oasis, a place where you can unwind after a long day and feel completely at ease. I can honestly say that I have no real complaints at all. In fact, we have loved living here so much that we have convinced many of our coworkers to move in as well, and they have been just as happy with the experience. There is a strong sense of safety and comfort throughout the property, which makes it a place we are proud to call home. We never hesitate to invite friends over for dinner or welcome family visiting from out of town because the environment is so warm and inviting. As far as apartment living goes, this has been one of the best experiences we could have asked for. We fully plan to stay here until we eventually buy a home or decide to leave Savannah. Until then, this is exactly where we want to be. MAA is the best!
