These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

Needs improvement

Needs honesty from staff! Rudeness from staff when try to ask about things! Need to finish maintenance jobs instead of saying its done when is not done! Where is our gated community we told we have! Dryer vents cleaned out where we can dry clothes. They are stopped up and lent want go through to outside. Need to just take away valet trash and 25.00$ charge because not doing there job on the days they are to pick up. I put out 4 days we were to put out and not picked up. Need to improve on staff and maintence. If we did not pay you would be on our case. Need to think about it!

It would be nice if the landscaping company could blow the debris out of the breezeways. The breezeway to my unit is nasty. It really needs to be pressure washed.

Good start

We have been here a very long time. Although this summer is better than most, we have a lot of history and one decent summer is not going to fix that for starters we pay for the pools. It’s part of our rent. It’s part of the property and they are never open when the heat hits. We often times have to wait one or two months after the summer even starts before both pools even become operational. The trash has been a problem for 10 years. It remains a problem today it’s piled up. It’s stinky and it’s unsightly. There seems to be an issue with renting out to people That have poor character and that abuse the property making it unsightly for everybody involved. I’ve been walking my dog and having him go to the bathroom out front for many years where there remains to be broken glass shattered all over the place where my dog walks. This has never been attempted to clean up Nor has there ever been any concern about being a pet friendly property with broken glass scattered all over the place I don’t know where all this trash and stuff comes from but I’m guessing it’s coming from people that you rent to. We love the location of our apartment and I like the idea that I was able to get maintenance to come fix my AC unit, but only after it caught fire And literally smoked out my entire apartment. So yes, things are going better than before, but still have a long ways to go consistency is key here. Raddco i’ve been the property management company for years, although they tell their employees that this is new and they’re the ones that are gonna be making all the right changes. But under years of this company, the wrong choices and decisions have continually been made at fault of the residence that pay for all of it. The employees think this company just took it over and that they’re on the way up in the right direction and this is not true. Raddco has been making these decisions for years

residence review

Apartments are nice size but management never uodate/upgrade the units for the current residence while at the same time increasing the renewal rates at a ridiculous price. Some residence are allowed to have anything on there patios which makes the complex look really unattractive. If i was a new prospective tenant looking for an apartment here, i would past this one up.
