Gets the job done

It's ok. The location is top notch -- right next to many car dealerships, Mexican restaurants, Walmart 1 min away, Crunch and Planet fitness 5 - 8 min away, Roswell trails 10 min away, Avalon 10-15 min away, Downtown Roswell 5 - 10 min away. Maintenance is decent too, they get things done at a reasonable pace. The staff have changed multiple times since 2021. It's hard to catch them sometimes during the day. Buildings are old but have good insulation.

Perfect location and Professional staff

Three years at 555 Mansell Apartment was great and very fulfilling. I love the location and the three bedroom apartment. The office and the maintenance staff are experienced and professional. All my maintenance issues were tackled promptly and efficiently. Rafael is great, very helpful and accommodating. Parking can be difficult especially at night and on the weekends with when residents have guests. Kind of noisy at night with the traffic playing loud music and commercial vehicles (often puling trailers) that come in and out and park at the complex. General appearance is good but the trash container is often overflowing with garbage stacked outside on the ground.

noisy and dirty

Everybody used to throw their own garbage to the dumpster by themselves, and there was no trash in outside, one year ago. It looked really nice. Unfortunately, Valet Living service started last year. Everyone supposed to keep their garbage at home until Valet trash service time, but it is not hygienic at all. No one follow that rule anyway. You can always see garbage bags by the everyone's door now. Everybody already has a bug problem in their house and keep the garbage inside makes that problem worse, too. Specially on the weekends, you can always see someone's garbages outside. We live like in a huge dumpster now. Smells bad and bugs are in everywhere. This valet trash service effect our community’s hygiene in a really bad way. We also have to pay 25 USD per month for this useless and unsatisfying service. PS: I don’t use this valet trash system, I don’t want my garbage whole day in my house, and as a rule I don’t keep them outside, either. I prefer to throw them to the dumpster by myself whenever I want.
