With the constant change of management companies, its become a bit unstable. Late fees are ridiculously high. Maintenance is slow at responding. OR….they just show up. Fix it!!!

I am a service connected Veteran. Over a month ago my Garage jammed. I was able to manually open the garage until an adjuster or technician came and damaged the garage, my garage won’t close and it’s halfway open. I was informed I hit the closed garage with my car while my car was parked inside of my garage. No one will speak to me far as repairing it. The door (entrance to and from my garage ) knob fail off and the dead bolt. Yes maintain is busy, but I live alone with a garage that’s half way open/broken with a door that I can’t lock! I emailed my “at least 60 day notice” due to not feeling safe. However, I was informed I will be charged three weeks of rent. I have never been late never caused any issues in this neighborhood as a resident. I don’t feel safe at all.
