I love the space, the location, and the quietness. The apartments are outdated and need to be updated with new carpet, new paint, and new appliances. The gym and the tennis court are not operational and need to be reconstructed.

There's been a very high turnover in the leasing office staff. Makes continuity on problems or followup difficult as a tenant. Still trying to resolve ac and heating issues from August 2022!!

Good Value at a Good Price

I have lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience personally. This is a great location and you get a great value for the size (larger than average for the area). The pools are not kept up well and the small gym is open a very limited number of hours. Maintenance has gotten better, but has been deficient in the past, marking the jobs as complete without doing anything. Having said that, there has been no big issues with the apartment.
