Great Renovations & Perfect Location with Some Management Hurdles I’ve really enjoyed the perks of living here—the location is unbeatable (Walmart, Kroger, and my doctors are all just 2 minutes away!), the rent is very affordable, and the renovations look great. My neighbors are quiet and kind, and I’ve seen a wonderful improvement in the maintenance team; they are efficient and always courteous. That said, there is room for improvement regarding communication. It can be difficult to reach the management team by phone, and I’ve had to visit the office in person to get a response. I’d also love to see more consistent enforcement of handicap parking and more communication regarding utility adjustments when the water is shut off. With better administrative support, this would easily be a 4-star community!

Updated Review: Great Home, Looking for Better Amenity Access I really enjoy living here—the location is unbeatable (Walmart, Kroger, and my doctors are all just 2 minutes away), the rent is very affordable, and the renovations are a great touch. My neighbors are quiet and kind, and the maintenance team is fantastic; they are efficient, courteous, and clearly working hard to improve the property. However, I would love to see some improvements in management communication and amenity access. It can be difficult to reach the office by phone, often requiring a visit in person to get a response. Additionally, the amenities (pool, handball court, and business center) are only accessible during office hours. Since they close at 5:00 PM on weekdays, noon on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays, it’s very hard for those of us with standard work schedules to enjoy them. I’d also love to see more consistent enforcement of handicap parking and clearer communication regarding utility adjustments during water shut-offs. This is a lovely place to live, and with a few adjustments to communication and facility hours, it would be a 4-star experience!
