Nice Starter Apartment

Maintenance has always worked diligently to solve problems with my unit, Debby (the old management) was a blessing to work with when I transferred to a new unit with a roommate, and the new management has been very professional and willing to work with you within reason of requests. I've lived in Pavilion at Plantation Way for about 3 years. It was my very first apartment and apartment complex community to experience, and I am sad to leave as I have so many wonderful memories here. The only issue I've had was within the last year of my stay, the gate was broken for the majority of my lease, and my building's lobby fire alarm kept going off for months. The gate has been fixed and the fire alarm as well when we went under new management. Overall, 9/10 stay. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to be near I-75 for a commute and for people who like a relatively quiet place to stay.
