Good Complex

I've lived here 3 years and while I do enjoy it, the complex itself is imperfect. Heating and cooling my unit is difficult and inefficient due to the building's age and lack of insulation. The dumpster is behind the building and living on the top floor makes taking garbage out difficult. It's easy to hear conversations and barking dogs through walls. That all said, the price and location are amazing which is why I haven't moved, since those 2 things are my top priority. Also, the few times I've had maintenance needs, the needs have been met quickly and fully.
