Welcome to Austell 12, a quiet and quaint community consisting of 12 two-bedroom, two-bath apartments. The two buildings that make up this community was built in 2001 and has been recently renovated. Each unit contains its own washer and dryer hookup, central heating and air-conditioning.

Neighbors can be loud at times but everyone minds their business and I would renew my lease here it’s safe and comfortable.

Over all opinion

It's not been pleasant, roach issue. I've been trying to get my ceiling fixed for over a year.that has mold growing on it. Not pleased or satisfied with this property

Not even worth it

I stayed at Austell 12 for about seven to eight months. Water was cut off twice maybe three times. Maintenance never fixed anything. It was not worth what i was paying at the end of the day. Bathrooms will have the whole apartment like baked up sewage. Its not it.
