Great community to live in. Sometimes a little slow on the maintenance requests, but I've been here over 6 years and never had any major issues.

I am just writing to say I was bothered about having trash outside of my door that I was about to take to the dumpster! And however management charged me $25 but yet in steal her fellow people Indians that she moved in here still has a barbecue grill on their patio which we had patio audits a while ago she is the problem she picks and choose who she wants to bother and I am working on getting her ass out of there right now! As long as she is running it no do not move here things have drastically changed.

I’ve been here 3 years and its great. I don’t really have any major issues or complaints other than I wish there was assigned parking for tenants and maintenance could be a tad bit slow some of the times. I get off at 3:30 in the morning and sometimes when I get home there’s nowhere for me to patk except somewhere too far which leaves me a little uneasy walking alone that late at night. I feel that if each tenant at least had one assigned parking number it would help avoid persons who don’t live here or not on a lease taking up all the spots from those of us who do and are.
