Property Problems

In December, it will be 4 years that I've lived in this complex. It was great until about a year ago when the management changed. Now, it takes forever to get maintenance repairs handled. The light on the outside of the building has been out for about 7 months now and I'll called over a dozen times about it. The gate at the entrance needs to be pressure washed as it no longer looks black but a dark green because of the algae that has grown on it. The grounds were well kept but that also changed about a year ago. I used to feel like I was getting my monies worth but not anymore. I pray that the new management team will work hard to get this property back to a good place.

Management doesn't care

I've have been here for a while now, but for the first time, I have rude neighbors, in which, the management/courtesy officer seems to not care about my household having peace after quiet hours.I have spoken to both (above) and the resident and have yet had the opportunity to have a sit down with all parties present to discuss what the policies are when it comes to the noise levels and/or times. They have tried to justify everything on account of the new resident, as if my household doesn't matter. I have lost plenty of sleep since they've been here, which also causes me to have headaches, also, I have not gotten a response from the courtesy officer each time I call, and once, have even been told to go knock on the door myself and call back if I need them, smh, and basically I hope if you choose to move here, you don't have this same issue or worse. I have tried to be reasonable and fair through this time, but at this point, I'm just ready to leave!! Good luck

nice place to live

living in manchester place it a nice place to live and the staff is very nice i been living here for almost 2 years. i would tell anybody to move here, I just wish the rent was lower. its alot for a 2 bad room

Important!!!!!

I've lived in this complex for a little over 3 years. I work from home and it's quite peaceful. However, I have a major issue with my rent having been increased when the valet trash service is very inconsistent, the buildings need to be pressure washed, the gate needs to be serviced and there has been an abandoned car sitting outside for over a year that needs to be towed away immediately. The maintenance staff is excellent!!
