They don't fix or do anything once you move in. Check your lease when signing it be setups.

I have put in 3....count that 3 requests... the first May 8th, the 2nd May 20th and the 3rd Today for our A/C to be fixed. Not only has no one from management contacted us (us which includes my disabled senior citizen mother) but no one from Maintenace (one who conveniently lives downstairs) has come by the fix it or even called to give an update on when it will be fixed. It is currently 83 degrees in this apartment!!!! the only reason i gave 2 stars is because everyone who works here is always friendly but other than that the poor attention to major details is why my rating is what it is.

They are trying to compete with other complexes that are nicer and have a gym, laundry areas, and games rooms. But the new owners raised the rent anyways!! Also we requested maintenance to fix the light out side our front door but it has yet to be fixed. If we come home at night we can’t see to unlock our front door.

Overall its a decent complex. Its clean and quiet but management needs to proritize complaints and make a better effort to address them sooner. In fact, Thats my ONLY real complaint…..
