My Feedback

My only concerns are with the dumpster at the entrance. Sometimes, especially on the weekends, the garbage extends to the sidewalk, and it becomes an eyesore. Security issues are another concern, there were over 100 plus calls to the complex within the past year and no notifications went out to the residences to be more safety conscious.

The neighbors are great and the units are better than the average market for the price. Pools and facilites are great. The community is quiet and friendly.

Aim to please

The office staff is always available to hear your concerns and are quick to offer suggestions or come up with a resolution. The maintenance staff can be seen working on the property. The grounds are well kept. We need more support from tenants when it comes to dropping off the trash so that they insure the bag makes it into the compactor and if it falls off your car, be considerate and stop to pick it up.. Office hours are awesome.
