I’ve had a great experience at The District at Windy Hill. The staff is professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Communication has been clear, and they genuinely seem to care about their residents and providing good service.

Overall, living here has been pleasant. I have a huge issue with all of the fees that can raise your rent sometimes $150 more than usual. Every other month, they require for you to send in your renters insurance proof and add their renters insurance to your bill. If you refuse to pay it, your rent will be considered late and the only thing they offer is a credit. It takes days to get a returned email from office staff, if they respond at all. This is very frustrating.
