Overall, living here has been pleasant. I have a huge issue with all of the fees that can raise your rent sometimes $150 more than usual. Every other month, they require for you to send in your renters insurance proof and add their renters insurance to your bill. If you refuse to pay it, your rent will be considered late and the only thing they offer is a credit. It takes days to get a returned email from office staff, if they respond at all. This is very frustrating.

Great place to live and around a lot of exciting things to do. Glad that we are close by the Braves stadium at a lot of places to eat. Close to 75 to 85 even 400 hope you had a no.
