Great location but too many maintenance issues
Whether its a leak in the ceiling or the AC/heater not working, or the battery for the garage opener or the thermostat dying, issues happen too frequently and its very annoying. Also, some parts of the apartment need to be updated like the bathroom tub and some of the flooring. More high tech surveillance like door cameras would be nice. But otherwise, its a great location and I like the size of the apartment. Being right next to the dog park is a major selling point.

Not luxury apartments as advertised
The exterior of the community looks great. The interior not so. All the units are not the same. They look nothing like the model unit, so renter beware. There's a lackadasical attitude concerning the appearance od the interior and appliances.
