One person running the place

Charging for parking no staff in office .Maintenance here or there but, I am paying you every month on time .No incentives just as long pay every month on time.

The building is not being kept well!

There are rude residents who allow their animals to potty anywhere and they do not pick up after them! For example, there is fresh poop in the garden area. The men with a red BMW that park in the basement dump their fast food trash in the parking spot (which is strange because I'm sure they have a garbage can at home). Also, the mosquitos are taking over the hallways again. I was told last year that this would be fixed. I also saw another big roach in spite of being left a notice that pest control was in the apartment.
