Rude and never helpful

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment complex. Devin is RUDE and didn’t help with any questions I’ve had. Moda was great and helped me through the whole process but once I moved in everything went downhill FAST. There was no clear communication with parking and I am continually getting parking tickets from where I was told to park when I first moved in. Also guest have to PAY to come visit you and park on the premises which is the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good Not Great

Bryn House is a great place to live if you want to still be relatively close to the city. Although maintenance and building upkeep can be better. It seems that mist of the attention goes to the amenity floors where people have to pass for tours but other spaces are neglected at times. The office staff do not answer inquiries timely except for Michael. You have to prettu much harass them to get an answer or resolution. Gym is nice but still feels empty. They can use a few more machines. The latch system Is amazing for security purposes but is not all that intuitive. They should show uou how to use it when you sign. I hate going down to retrieve guest each time. Although there is a package room there is no package locker or frige whne uou receive parishable items. In closing you’d mostly like it here or can tolerate living here but its not loveable. You feel something is missing.

Not very luxury

There are a few issues with this property that had me so excited to move. The noise level. You can hear every step your neighbor makes. Its is very fustrating especially with sensory issues. I was told i could should i have any issues with noise when i moved in, it wasn’t until I was actually considering moving that I learned that it’s a $750 fee. The other issue are the fees. There are so many fees to live here that I really don’t understand what they’re for. The package room door has tape on it to keep it open. I was told that they were working on doing a latch on the door. I’ve been here since January. Nothing has changed. The parking. I have been waiting to have reserve parking for several months now. What is the actual hold up because there are 10 signs that are already been placed at the property for other people have reserved parking but levels 34 and five can’t get it? Then there’s a nerve to have paid parking on the first level as though this building has a commercial business that would require such. It’s just a coffee shop. Why would anybody pay to park here? Where is the guest parking? We have two cops on property for what reason? Cops are expensive and I’m still uncertain of what they do and whether they’re here. Meanwhile, we can’t even pay to have someone be concierge/maintenance throughout the night, which is very much needy because this is a keyless building and there is no immediate access to your building. Should you get locked out which I have been locked out before and I didn’t get help at all to get back in even though I called the office and sent an email. Please also explain to me why we have a mail delivery service when we actually need someone that can receive packages later than the business hours because Amazon delivers late UPS delivers late. FedEx delivers late and the residence have no control over when their packages arrive and often how they can communicate with the carrier.
