Noise
Review Title: Constant Loud Fan Noise from Upstairs – Impossible to Ignore Every night, like clockwork, a loud fan from the apartment above mine kicks on, creating an incessant humming and vibrating noise that carries through my ceiling. It’s not just white noise—it’s an overwhelming, mechanical droning that makes it hard to focus, relax, or even sleep. The sound is so persistent that it feels like living under an industrial air conditioning unit. I understand that people need fans for comfort, but the sheer volume of this one is unreasonable. It seems like either the fan is too powerful for the space, or there’s poor sound insulation in the building. Either way, it’s incredibly disruptive, and management should consider addressing noise issues like this for the sake of residents’ quality of life.

I like the community
I cant stand the package system. Its talk about updating to a latch system like every other door. I also dont like the lack of space and having to pay for storage. So far, I don’t have any issues with sound. I love the location and atmosphere here. The coffee shop is a great catch. Great gym and court area but i’d like more board games.
