I have really enjoyed living here id recommend ocean oaks for anyone who is looking for a great apartment :) and helpful people who run the property. Also love the food trucks and activities they offer at club house . Pools are great !

I have lived in Ocean Oaks for two months. I love the location, the staff, maintenance is fabulous. Just one big problem. There is always cigarette smoke in my apartment. The neighbors smoke indoors which makes it very difficult for non smokers. Also, the neighbors play their music starting at 1:00 am until 7:00 a.m. making it tough for day workers to sleep. This place could be ideal if rules were enforced.

only been here little bit..staff has been great! WAY 2 much water in front of apartment..told maintenance.. "it's suppose to be better" was the response-it's not....is there an ETA as to when apart will be power washed? still a lot of active wasps nests. Thank You
