Rip off go elsewhere
Floor plans are expensive. Apartments themselves are poorly lit. You'll move into a lived in apartment with worn carpet and still charge you to replace it when you move out. Is technically pet friendly but they use that as a means to upcharge you and get free carpet when you leave. Maintenance supervisor is a friendly person but getting properly working appliances impossible. Pool is ok. Overall though there is nothing "luxury" about this place. You're more likely to get run over by speeding vehicles than get a good value for your rental. Go elsewhere. In fact won't recommend all of Florida.
