It’s ok but not worth the price or hassles

It’s just ok. There has been construction since I moved here, so there is a lot of noise starting at 7am they take up side parking for construction. You are only allowed one vehicle so it’s hard to find parking dealing with the construction as well as other residents trying to park. Car will get towed if you didn’t have a parking decal and it’s $200 dollars a day if they tow your vehicle. Neighbors are nice. Water doesn’t stay hot very long so make your showers fast. The pool maintenance is great it’s cleaned regularly.
