Good place
This is a great location for a family. It’s near mini shopping centers. The fountains are pretty. The clubhouse and pool are well-maintained. The homes are well constructed.
GREAT FIRST PLACE
I have lived here for about 1 month and I love it. My space is fairly large considering the price, the maintenance team is very responsive, and the staff is wonderful!
Clean Beautiful Affordable
Beautiful, Quiet, Clean, Excellent Staff! This is my first apartment. I have a 1 Bed 1 Bath. The room is honestly, HUGE, with a walk in closet. The bathroom is very nice, I have tile on the floor and my shower wall, with a big mirror. Hall closet has GREAT space. The living room is spacious as well as the dining room. The kitchen has a beautiful flow of cabinet space with a breakfast bar. Did I mention that I have a DISHWASHER, ICE MAKER, along with WASHER/DRYER HOOK-UP? You get a BACK PATIO TOO! Yo the Maintenance team are Killin the game! Thanks to Mr. SCOTT having my key situated with MRS. MELLISA, whis is my lease manager, she is the ABOLUTE BEST! Very informative and timely with the problem solving, very personal but you don't feel like your speaking with "dA rEnT LaDy", but very personable.
